In addition to her thriving real estate practice, Tamara’s interest in professional training, coaching and continuing education led to her development of a mentoring program for new agents in 1996. Since the program’s inception, she has coached every new agent that has come to work for Windermere Lakeview and has completed training in Windermere’s Palm Springs and Scottsdale offices. In 1999, she was also recruited to be the assistant manager for the prestigious Lakeview office, the flagship office for in-city real estate. Tamara Marson is a Washington State native, born and raised in Leavenworth. A graduate of the University of Puget Sound (BA, Honors in Business Administration), she moved to Seattle in 1983 and began her commitment to living and working in this vibrant and growing city. With a family background in lumber and building materials and five years of broadcast advertising sales at KIRO, she brings a construction and marketing perspective to her real estate business. She earned her license in 1988 and worked for ERA Metcalf and Associates, a Queen Anne/Magnolia boutique real estate agency at the time. In 1991, Tamara joined Windermere Real Estate Co and achieved her broker’s license in 1994.
